Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a detailing service with Koster Mobile Detail, you agree to these terms. We strive to provide the highest quality service for every vehicle.

2. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a scheduling fee or refusal of service.

3. Personal Items

Please remove all personal items, valuables, and child car seats from your vehicle prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care with your vehicle, Koster Mobile Detail is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to tears, scratches, dents, or heavily worn interior components. We will document any pre-existing conditions prior to starting the service.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods as discussed upon booking. We reserve the right to alter pricing for vehicles that require exceptional amounts of time or products beyond our standard packages.
